Mobius Risk Group Names Nevada Energy Veteran David
Gildersleeve as Vice President
HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 1, 2003--Mobius Risk Group,
LLC, a leading provider of energy risk management outsourcing and advisory
services, announced today that David Gildersleeve has joined the company
as vice president, Technical Services.
Gildersleeve brings more than 20 years of experience in the energy business, including systems planning, large customer sales, managing rate, tariff and purchased gas adjustment efforts in proceedings before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, California Public Utilities Commission, Arizona Corporation Commission and the Public Service Commission of Nevada. "In Nevada, Mobius provides energy advisory services to 31 Nevada-based casinos as well as a number of regional hospitals, mining companies and industrial laundry providers. With extensive experience in the Nevada energy arena, Dave has clearly distinguished himself as a local market expert and we're delighted to have him on our team," said Ken Rubeli, executive vice president & lead risk officer, Mobius Risk Group. Prior to joining Mobius, Gildersleeve spent 15 years moving up the ranks of Southwest Gas Corporation before joining Nevada Energy Buyers Network (NEBN), an energy advisory and consulting service, whose primary emphasis is on developing groups of commercial customers to improve their energy buying leverage. As vice president for both organizations, Gildersleeve's responsibilities included sales and marketing as well as actively advising clients in energy buying decisions. In addition, Gildersleeve spent more than five years a leading engineer in the mining industry. Gildersleeve's responsibilities as Mobius' vice president of Technical Services will include technical and client management as well as supporting Mobius' rapidly expanding Western and Southwestern client base. He will be based in Las Vegas, working with Mobius' Technical Services offices in Phoenix and Los Angeles.
