Unlike vendors selling products with margin objectives,
or energy service providers demanding a "share"
of efficiency project savings, Mobius is only interested
in developing and executing strategies which align with
our clients' stated short and long term strategic energy
objectives. Clients pay Mobius a fixed fee for efficiency
services and keep 100% of project savings.
Implementation: If our client decides
to pursue energy projects, Mobius will perform all of
the technical and financial due diligence; identifying
and developing all facility projects generating an agreed
upon return and stack rank all opportunities by level
of financial return. Once approved, Mobius will coordinate
all aspects of the implementation process from design
engineering to final commissioning. Mobius acts in an
owner's rep capacity and stands squarely on the client's
side of the purchasing equation. Mobius is able to provide
our clients unbiased advice for the complete development
and project execution process of any demand-side or
supply-side technology project.
