Role and Responsibilities

Rishi Sahay is a Vice President within the Strategy Group at Mobius. The Strategy Group delivers tailored guidance to companies, optimizing their hedging and risk management strategies to limit risk exposures while enhancing value and efficiency. Beyond his role in advisory, Rishi actively contributes to advancing the Strategy Group's product portfolio. He spearheads the development of innovative tools that expand and leverage the group’s analytics and insights.

Prior Experience

Rishi has two decades of work experience and extensive expertise in commodity risk management, valuation, and market research. His diverse experience in commodities spans oil and gas, refined products, and power. Before joining Mobius, Rishi worked at Ascend Analytics, leading renewable and battery storage valuation activities for front-of-the-meter projects. Rishi also worked at AEGIS Hedging Solutions and Risked Revenue Energy Associates, where he spent nearly a decade assisting oil and gas producers, private equity firms, refineries, airlines, manufacturing companies, and other end users with their hedge programs and risk management practices. Before Risked Revenue, Rishi worked in the investment management industry at Alliance Bernstein and Janus Capital in equity research.
