About Julie Bertillion

Role and Responsibilities

Julie has been with Mobius for over ten years, and for the last six years, she has led the Client Success team.  In Julie’s role, she guides clients from onboarding through the engagement process. Julie and the Client Success team ensure seamless integration into our proprietary RiskNet platform, supporting our client’s day-to-day operations. Julie supports clients’ objectives through our many tailored solutions. Julie and the Client Success team provide continuous training on new products and identify the emerging needs of the Client.  In addition, the Client Success team collaborates with our subject matter experts to create an unparalleled Client experience.

Previous Experience

Before her role in Client Success at Mobius, Julie worked on the Physical Operations desk in various roles in natural gas commercial activities, including procurement, marketing, scheduling, field and pipeline operations, and imbalance management across the U.S., primarily the Gulf Coast and Rockies. Before joining Mobius in 2013, Julie spent two years as a natural gas scheduler for Vista Energy Marketing and four years in a mid-office/back-office risk administration capacity for National Trading, a Houston-based hedge fund.
