Role and Responsibilities
Maja brings over 8 years of client-focused experience to Mobius, drawing from diverse backgrounds. Her career path started by studying law and politics and applying her findings to better understand people, processes, and systems. She is dedicated to transforming clients and teams from legal realms to SaaS strategies by bridging the gap from goals to client success. Maja works closely to determine the best action to take with clients by gathering feedback, systems testing, and providing Mobius RiskNet solutions training.
Prior Experience
Before joining Mobius in 2022, Maja's career journey included a role as a Customer Success Specialist at SEMrush, where she utilized B2B workflows and SEO tools. Before her client success career, Maja was a Texas Commissioned Law Enforcement peace officer with the Houston Police Department. She also worked as a paralegal at Stuart & Associates.
While not at work, she is an advocate in helping end human trafficking in the City of Houston. She helps volunteer at nonprofits that combat human trafficking through awareness, intervention, and restoration. Maja also loves spending time outdoors, whether hiking, fishing, or somewhere on a beach.
